Newspapers
Newspapers are a significant primary source for studying the social, political and cultural processes of different historical periods. They offer direct insight into everyday life, public discourse and the dynamics of the development of Macedonian society. They document relevant historical events, positions and information of essential importance for scholarly research into the history of the Macedonian people. Of particular scholarly value are the partially preserved newspapers, as well as those published in different languages and printed outside the territory of present-day Macedonia, as they testify to the wider cultural-historical context and the transnational circulation of information.
