Statement on the Use of Digital Objects

Pursuant to Article 24 of the Rulebook on membership and use of services in the national library, archive no. 02-33/1 of 18 January 2024

I declare that I will use the digital objects available at www.vesnici.mk in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights and other applicable legislation.

I undertake, whenever I publish a work, in printed or electronic form, that uses materials from the digital collection of www.vesnici.mk, to deliver a copy to the Library and to cite complete bibliographic information about the source and its location.

With this statement, under full material and criminal liability, I confirm that I will observe the stated conditions; disputes arising from non-observance of this statement will be resolved before the competent court.
